Card or Paypal purchases
We are so confident in our products that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you find our products are not compatible, corrupt or are missing on download we can refund you the price you paid.
As part of our refund policy you must allow us sufficient time to remedy the problem. Most issues are resolved within 7 days and if we cannot resolve any issue within 7 days we will provide a full refund.
If you have changed your mind on a purchase we can refund the price you paid within 30 days if you have not downloaded any files to your device.
If you are happy to continue with your purchase and download the files, please test your products to with the 30-day period to ensure satisfaction. After that time, we are still able to assist with any problems with our unlimited support policy but are unable to provide a refund.
Store Credit purchases
If your purchase is with store credit, a refund can only be refunded back to your store credit account and not to the original payment method.
Plus membership refunds
A Plus membership can be refunded within 7 days of the billing charge, as long as none of the member benefits (discounts on marketplace products, Plus credits, or the One Dollar Deals After Party) have been used since the most recent charge.
If no member benefits have been used, please contact our support team within 7 days of the most recent charge, and we can cancel the membership and issue a full refund of the current month's charge.
If member benefits have been used since the monthly billing charge has been assessed, the month's charge would not quality for a refund.
